This series of workshops is intended to unlock the behavior patterns that cause distrust and animosity between departments leading to stress and anxiety and affecting attrition. In this program, we align leaders and team members by understanding the importance of behavior intelligence in the workplace. Scientific research allows us to understand how our brains process information and separate behaviors from intentions. Intentions are thoughts that lead us to acting out a behavior and behaviors are learned.
